Team Ogun wins gold in men’s football finals

The host provided result oriented football throughout the encounter, hitting Team Kwara 4-1 to secure the gold medal in Abeokuta.   Before the Gateway team took to the pitch the MKO Abiola Stadium was filled to capacity as fans from across the state stormed the stadium to cheer their team.   Team Ogun outplayed Kwara State hitting the Afonja Warriors 4-1 in the final.
